Delete Your Korlow Account
Korlow provides a direct way to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
Delete in the Korlow app
- Sign in to Korlow.
- Open your profile settings.
- Under Account Actions, choose Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation and confirm deletion. A recent sign-in may be required for security.
Cannot access the app?
Email Korlow Support from the email address associated with your account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We will use a secure process to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your Korlow sign-in, private account and contact data, public profile projections, user-owned posts and profile media, private message media you sent, notifications, engagement records, and user-specific relationship, recruiting, access, and authorization records.
Shared organizations, teams, and business entities are not deleted merely because one member deletes an account. The deleted member is detached from those shared records.
Messages and retained records
Your authored messages are cleared and anonymized and the conversation is closed for the deleted account. Content authored by another participant is not treated as your content.
Korlow may retain narrowly limited, non-public records where reasonably necessary for billing, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, policy acceptance, child safety, or Trust & Safety investigations. Retained records are not used to restore or reactivate the deleted account.
Processing
In-app deletion begins after confirmation. Requests submitted by email begin after account ownership is verified. Some backups and legally retained records may remain for a limited period consistent with Korlow’s Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
