Account and login help

For sign-in problems, account access, product questions, safety concerns, or help using Korlow, contact support@korlow.com. Include enough detail to identify the issue, but do not email passwords or payment-card information.

Account deletion

Use the in-app Delete Account control or review the account deletion instructions and request path. If you cannot access the app, email support@korlow.com from the address associated with the account.

Safety and reporting

Use Korlow’s in-app report and block controls for profiles, posts, conversations, or messages. For additional safety help, contact support@korlow.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Korlow reviews incoming messages and may request information needed to verify an account or investigate an issue. Timing depends on the request’s nature, urgency, and verification requirements.
